Size Chart & Ordering Information

We've tried to make the ordering process as easy as possible whilst giving you as many options as we can. Just choose a garment then browse the crystal and print pages, adding anything you wish to purchase to your shopping cart as you go.

We accept credit and debit card payment via the secure PayPal system. Alternatively you can order by post and pay by cheque if you wish - goods will be dispatched when the payment has been taken. Please download our order form here and submit with a cheque payable to AA Reflex Ltd or Ang Benson if you wish to do this.

We reserve the right to amend prices, alter specification and withdraw items as necessary. We've tried to ensure that all product descriptions and example photographs accurately represent our garments, but please note that slight variations in colour may occur. Where crystal designs are applied to a product, crystal accent colours may be changed to compliment the colour of the garment chosen (eg. Crystal monkey with a pink bow - bow colour may be changed if applying to a pink garment). We try to use our good taste and common sense where necessary!

All of our fabrics have been wash tested more than thirty times on a 40 degree wash using non-biological detergent. As a parent of a gymnast, I then asked myself if the fabric represents good value for money. Only those fabrics that I'd be happy to part with my hard earned cash for are included in our collections.

For those that are new to gym/dancewear purchases, the following information might be useful:

• Foil and neon lycras are widely regarded as the most eye catching and thus preferred fabrics, however, they will eventually go dull with wear and repeated machine washing. To ultimately prolong the life of the fabric colour, you should hand wash the garment. That said, I've chosen fabrics in colours which are still very much wearable long after the initial strength of colour has faded.
• The colour will not fade in Velour products, however foil patterns on velour will gradually fade with repeated washing.

Please note that goods are supplied plain unless you choose to add crystal and/or print designs. Photos of embellished garments are shown on each page to give you different ideas for personalising your training wear.

** Approx Age should only be used as a cross-check for leotards. Please order according to gymnasts' measurements, particularly torso length.

Please note that hoodies and zip up jackets shrink about half an inch during the first wash cycle. Please allow for this when ordering the correct size.

Customised training wear

Our website shows a selection of what is possible and will be updated from time to time. If you have a requirement for a different motif or slogan or size, please get in touch either by phone or e-mail to discuss your ideas. Discounts are available for club orders.

Please note that once items have been personalised, they cannot be returned due to incorrect size being ordered. Please see our size chart for guidance, or else get in touch for further advice. Most of our stretch garments are designed to be worn as a second skin and will be a snug fit.

Delivery

Usual turnaround time for customised garments is within 3 weeks, occasionally longer around competition times. The customer will be notified by e-mail when the goods have been sent or if a delay is expected. Sizes outside our usual stock range may take a little longer to arrive. Please let us know in the Special Instructions box when checking out if your product is urgent or needs to arrive by a specific date. Goods are sent by First Class Royal Mail at a flat rate of £3 per order. The exception to this is an order which includes wooden pedestals - this incurs a £10 postage charge to cover packaging and delivery.
